I am the first person in my family to obtain a college degree. After two years of hard work, dedication and passion, I earned an associate of arts degree and fulfilled the necessary prerequisites to become one of NIC’s first Dental Hygiene program students. Scholarship support helps me pay for the additional costs of the program and helps me complete my dream of becoming a dental hygienist.
